Aloha
E Komo Mai
My name is Nicci. I am so excited you have found us at Coco & The Sage. E Komo Mai.
I wanted to share a little about how we got here. I opened my first Coco's Trading Post shop online in 2016. After countless pop-ups, I opened my first brick-and-mortar in Kailua 5 years ago. I love Kailua, It's mostly local so we got to be a part of our community. I love collecting and making home goods, supporting local artisans, and mentoring young artists. Supporting them in becoming their entrepreneurs. Many of our employees are also artists. We feature their handmade goods at Coco's Trading Post.

I had a dream of buying and living on a farm in Waialua. I wanted food sovereignty - I didn't like what I saw on the food market and wanted to know what I was eating and to learn more about the healing foods. I wanted the ability to grow my own clean food and work with the land in the ancient Hawaiian way. Listening to it. Stewarding it. Working with her. I got my dream of buying a farm in Waialua in 2022.
In anticipation of getting the farm, I opened a second shop in Haleiwa in 2021. These last years I have been building up the farm to grow food and flowers, as well as value-added products that we can work into the shop.

My long-term goal is to bring the land’s herbs, botanicals, and healing tinctures to our community. I also love tea and coffee And have been experimenting with the gorgeous non-alcoholic spirits that are now on the market. Voila-we have Coco & The Sage. Local coffee, teas, and healing non-alcoholic spirits- are served by the community’s mixologists/alchemists. Creating a place to enjoy Mother Nature’s bounty with yummy drinks in a beautiful space filled with Aloha.
We are so excited to present Coco & The Sage. We are in the proccess of building out our new location on ther FARM.
Soon with will be a FARM Coco & The Sage featuring farm to mocktail and farm to plate snuggled into the gardens of Kiaʻi Farm of Waialua.
Coming Soon. Keep in touch on our IG @cocoandthesage
Looking forward to pouring you a beverage filled with Aloha.
xx Nicci
